The weekend of September 1st and 2nd saw a team of enthusiastic amateur cyclists from Singleton Birch tackle the Trans Pennine Cycle Route in aid of Lindsey Lodge Hospice.
The route which covers over 170miles of cycle tracks, quiet roads and bridleways across the UK was ridden over 3 days. The team on the 3rd day made a slight change to the official route to stop by Lindsey Lodge Hospice and finish the ride locally on Cleethorpes Pier.
Although the weather was inclement at times everyone enjoyed the challenge to raise some much need funds for Lindsey Lodge.
The riders would also like to thank Jo and Lisa for giving up their weekend to provide support by driving the support vehicles
